At Kuri Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging and certificates are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
